I'm a little behind in my posting. Oh well. I definitely go through phases with my blogging. And this past month has definitely been an "I could really care less about blogging" phase. Consequently, this will be another one of my LONG posts.
Life has treated us amazingly well over this past month. We are so blessed!
In March, my parents came to visit for about a week and it was awesome! We always love it when my parents come to town!
They make our kids laugh!

They are great at cuddling...
and reading stories.
And, believe it or not, Lizzie took her first (and unfortunately her LAST) nap in months.
Lizzie and Mikey always spend a lot of time together when my parents are in town. They look like an old married couple sometimes. Especially when they watch movies together! It's priceless, really.
Lizzie really likes her new beautiful Easter dress that Grandma Over gave her. She claims that she is a "princess" when she wears it. Actually, she claims that she is princess when she wears ANY dress, which happens quite often. She is very much a girlie-girl! And I love her for it. :)
The weather has been really nice! It has been in the 70's for the past week or so and we have taken advantage of the "cool" weather by heading to the local parks as much as possible. Pretty soon, it will too hot to be outside anytime after 9:00 a.m. I'm not really looking forward to the scorching hot summer that I know is inevitable and completely unavoidable. But we will manage with a smile, as we always try to do. :)
Here is a plethora of pictures of our little son-man (as Jon prefers to call him). I hope that no one thinks that I favor my second child over my first. That is truthfully not the case. I just happened to take more pictures of Brycie-Boy this month than I did of Lizzie-Lou. But I love them both the exact same! Honestly. :)
Bryce LOVES the piano! His face lights up whenever we play it. He especially loves listening to Jon play. He merely tolerates my playing (and I don't blame him). :)

He is truly the happiest little chunkaroo that I have ever seen in my life!
What a stud! :)
Oh...his two bottom teeth came in a few weeks ago.
I personally prefer the spiked look as opposed to the combed-part look. We just need to cut his hair a bit shorter.
Let's face it. Bryce resembles a ball. His entire body AND his face. Jon just HAD to take a picture of this ball next to Bryce's head because he swore that the ball looked just like Bryce. My husband is funny like that. :)
I love these classic Mr. Potato Head pictures.
My two little munchkins are quite the pair!
And last but not least, I just had to include a picture of our latest investments. For the longest time I have been wanting my very own stethoscope and otoscope. I know, I'm a little on the odd side. But when my family is sick, I want to be able to listen to their lungs MYSELF to see if their coughing is merely caused by congestion, or something more serious like fluid in the lungs. And I want to be able to check my kids for ear infections at home rather than go to the doctor and have them repeatedly inform me that my child is fine. In short, I want to avoid unnecessary doctor's appointments at all costs.
I was very excited when these two babies came in the mail:

Hooray! :)
Well, that's all for now. Let's see if I end up going another month before my next post...
