On Friday, Darlene (Jon's sister) got sealed to Justin Covell in the Los Angeles Temple. It was such a wonderful day! It was a long day for Lizzie, but she was a trooper and she made it all the way until 9:30 p.m. before she finally got grumpy as a result of her lack of sleep. :)
Jon's Grandma Norma made ALL of the bridesmaid dresses and Lizzie's little dress too. She is an EXCELLENT seamstress! :)

This is a picture of Lizzie and I with (from left to right) Eyda (a friend of the family), Grandma Norma, Grandma Ester, and Tia Miriam. One of best things about weddings is getting together with so much family! It was so great to see a bunch of family on Jon's side whom we rarely ever get to see.
Here is the happy couple taking their first few steps out of the temple. Darlene and Justin both looked fantastic and so incredibly happy! Jon and I are so excited to have another brother in the family. Welcome to the family, Justin! :)
I LOVED Darlene's bouquet! It was so beautiful! And her dress was absolutely gorgeous too!

One of the bridesmaids, Lona, is a really good friend of mine. She has a son, Rodney, who is about the same age as Lizzie.
Little Rodney and Lizzie really like each other. Who knows, maybe we'll be watching them walk out of the temple together a few years down the road! :)

Oh my gosh Andy Lizzie is the cutest little thing ever. When we come to California next we will for sure come and visit and Keenan and her will have a great time together I'm sure. You have the cutest family.

Thanks for your comment. What fun pictures of the wedding and what a beautiful color the dresses are!! I DO remember making my hair way poofy, but I don't remember going out in public like that (how embarassing), maybe you'll have to send me a copy of one of those pics. I could never get my hair as big as it was when I was at your house! I think the only Christmas activity (besides our New Years Eve party at Sharee's) was when we had dates and made Christmas cookies and took them around the neighborhood.
But my memory would probably be running (Target) :) Hope you don't get in trouble with your hubby for that one :) Remember Garrett saw us all.....wow! those were the days!
