My Strange Husband
No, your eyes are not deceiving you. This is a picture of a GIANT pepper grinder. Yes, that is a full-sized gallon of milk next to the giant pepper-grinder. Why my husband just HAD to buy a giant pepper-grinder, I 'll never know! (He claims that it's better for cooking so that we won't burn ourselves. Hmmm....I have NEVER burned myself while sprinkling pepper in a pan!) Oh well, whatever floats his boat! :) My husband sure is a character! It's a good thing that it was only $4.00...

I'm sorry... I am laughing so hard! Brian did the same thing! He went through this whole "fresh pepper" phase. He was watching the food network a lot and we have SEVERAL pepper grinders of various sizes! What is with these guys?
That's hilarious! I have to admit that I thought it was a part of a bed post! Yep, it's big enough to be one!! At least you will never run out of pepper, right? ha ha
You know husbands. They do the weirdest things. mine does too. i think it is a guy thing.
That is huge! It looks like something you could use on a baseball diamond! Good idea for using the milk jug as a scale for size, otherwise I never would have believed a pepper grinder could be so big! Hubbies are so strange, and yet adorable in their strangeness. :)
I too thought it was a bed post! WOW! As odd as it may have seemed when he came home with it, I'm sure you got a good laugh about it! I'm still laughing, that thing is HUGE. How could you even hold it up over whatever you are cooking? Love it!
