We went to Mesa, Arizona last weekend to visit my sister, Tara, and her family (consisting of her husband, Michael, and her 10-month-old son, Mikey). My parents were there too, along with my sister, Alyssa. It was great to visit with family that we, unfortunately, rarely get to see! I wish that the trip could have been longer, but it was worth it. I always shed a few tears when I leave my family. As I'm sure many of you out there who live away from your family can relate, it's really hard to be away from your family! We see them as much as we can, but there's only so much that we can do. Anyway, here are a few pics from our trip...enjoy!

My parents bought Elizabeth this adorable Easter dress. She wore it that Sunday, as well as today (Easter Sunday).

My extremely talented mother helped Tara and I make an Easter craft. It was really fun!
Below is a picture of a hanger hanging on my Dad's pants. My sisters and I laughed FOREVER about this! We put it on his pants and he didn't notice for a really long time. He kept walking around, completely oblivious. Oh, the things we do to my poor dad to get a laugh! :)

In that picture of Elizabeth grabbing onto the back of Mikey's head, you can so HOW CHUBBY her legs are!
I'm glad you got to see your family. For some reason I thought Tara lived in California too. Glad you had fun!
How fun! I think it's great you and Tara can enjoy your babies together. I'm laughing about the hanger on your dads pants, cause I remember him being the prankster at girls camp and putting some kind of fake spider or snake in my sleeping bag or on my pillow. I'm glad you're getting him back:)
